This was by far the best experience I?ve had at a dealership! From the moment of arrival, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and answered questions without creating any sense of pressure or urgency. The most difficult part was having to decide! After choosing a vehicle, the application process was easy and streamlined via mobile link. The next day, they arranged for transportation back to the dealership, where they had a nice gift bag waiting, along with an announcement on the monitor, and champagne. Everyone congratulated me on the vehicle, and it really made the experience special! Even after finalizing the transaction, they took time to review all the individual features and software, which was a great help. They offered ongoing support anytime once driving off the lot. Porsche makes amazing vehicles, and the team at this dealership made the experience enjoyable and rewarding. I absolutely love my new car, and am very thankful to the entire team for all their help!

Purchased/built a 911 992.1 GTS. As with most deals, this was complicated due to tarriffs. Patrick Simms, brand ambassador went above and beyond in working through the process. The car was delivered this past weekend. Outstanding. Exceeded expectations.

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

First Porsche, won?t be the last. Such a great team, no judgement even though I don?t look like I should drive a poacher. Made me feel comfortable, refreshments and a friendly smile from everyone. Big shout out to Camden in sales for going above and beyond on the deal, Ellie (?) the desk and the man of the hour Josh in finance who made my admittedly difficult lease as a non citizen as easy as possible.

Easy transaction, most information via text, flew in Saturday am everything was as promised. Left after about an hour and back in Louisiana by 8 PM.
