Had a great experience and got what I wanted for my trade in and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. Never thought I would own a Mercedes, but here I am driving a new to me SUV.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. The Macan base we bought is 2017 model. Until October 2022, there is no other maintenance except the front wheel bearing replacement within the warranty period. The maintenance cost is more expensive than that of other brands, except that it is a cost-effective Porsche car.

I bought the Base model and has been surprised how good it is compared to better trims among Macan's core competitors in F-Pace, GLC and SQ5. When making the purchase decision, I test drove almost all the competitors and realized that Macan is definitely most fun to drive SUV. I did give up on some better interiors of cars like Land Rover Range Rover Velar, F-Pace but the added value of driving quality is far superior. One thing that I would recommend Porsche to add is Android Auto. It is shocking how poor Porsche's tech is compared to its rivals. Overall, this is a really good value for money if you live in a big city, but like to go on road trips every now and then.
