Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

The Macan base we bought is 2017 model. Until October 2022, there is no other maintenance except the front wheel bearing replacement within the warranty period. The maintenance cost is more expensive than that of other brands, except that it is a cost-effective Porsche car.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

I bought the Base model and has been surprised how good it is compared to better trims among Macan's core competitors in F-Pace, GLC and SQ5. When making the purchase decision, I test drove almost all the competitors and realized that Macan is definitely most fun to drive SUV. I did give up on some better interiors of cars like Land Rover Range Rover Velar, F-Pace but the added value of driving quality is far superior. One thing that I would recommend Porsche to add is Android Auto. It is shocking how poor Porsche's tech is compared to its rivals. Overall, this is a really good value for money if you live in a big city, but like to go on road trips every now and then.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Love the car. Want a 2020 model but I put on so few miles I find it hard to Justify. Get the S as the extra power fits the car. The four cylinder is somewhat pedestrian

Jordan Vodehnal is professional and excellent sale person. He took the time to show us all available models that we wanted to see as well as many different configurations within the models for us to compare and contrast and to make informed decision. He also prepared us well to complete the process with little time, although we had mo issues spending time at a very welcoming space and environment. Saturday's Customer service was horrible my husband and I were completely ignored-- felt like we were not the correct race. However, Monday's Customer Service was great with Mark.

We bought CPO with 26k off 1 year lease. We test drove a couple of S models and although 1 second faster to 60mph the Base 4 cyl turbo loaded with options gets us there as fast as we can go. Although not head snapping you will go 110 mph before you know it. Open road in Wyoming topped out at 137 felt like 60. It’s everything we could have wanted. Compared to Audi, BMW, Jag, Volvo, Mercedes the 2017 Macan Base checked all our boxes. Porsche reliability? I’ve heard horror stories but with 66 k have had only normal maintenance plus 2 minor recalls. Hey it’s a Porsche not a Chevy, Vets aren’t cheap to fix either and they aren’t a Porsche!

Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.

On another fantastic car from Mark Lorenzi at Porsche Plano. Such a pleasure working with him. My wife was driving the other one and it was getting enough miles on it to where I gave him a call and he started watching for low mileage pre-owned cayenne's and the perfect one came in 3 weeks after I talk to him. It is a 2022 Cayenne GTS and an awesome vehicle! Only had 12,000 miles on it. Mark gave me more than I expected for my trade and made this deal work. Anybody with a Porsche needs to be going to this dealership. From front to back they do an awesome job and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. 2018 Macan S CPO .. Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !
