My experience with Karen fang, the sales person, was excellent. The transaction was very smooth and quick. Love the new car. However, I took it out of state and I had to re-contact the dealer twice to get them to send me the title. That left me a solid week without the ability to drive the car.

It was a long journey getting there due to 5 freeway closure caused by Yam xxxx' Vice President, but once I arrived, the greeting was fantastic, the dealership was beautifully maintained, the staff was excellent, and the purchase was one of the best. We test drove a cayanne, then we picked a Car online which was shipped to the dealership. Tony informed us of our car’s arrival and we went to test drive our new car, could not pick up on the same day due to bank closure. After 30+ years of wanting to own a Porsche I finally "joined the club" last week after finding the right one at Porsche Beaverton. The sales team of Chris and Ruben were great from showing me the right cars, letting me test drive a few, highlighting the key features of the 2025 718 Boxter GTS 4.0 I selected and then clearly going over all the paper work and options for the sale. The prep team was also great with Gee getting the car ready for me to drive it off two days later with the add-ons I desired. Excellent support from start to finish for this very happy 1st time Porsche owner by the entire Porsche Beaverton team!
