New and used 2025 Porsche Taycan Taycan 4S for sale near Burbank, CA

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

I have been followed my Porsche sales manager Tim Churchill over 10 years, I consider myself is a very picky customer. Tim just knows my taste/preferences on the cars, and he will always be able to get what I am exactly want. So, thank you Tim for taking care of us for all these years!

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

My experience with Rusnak was fantastic from start to finish. My sales person Cham was amazing. He was extremely professional, patient, attentive, and honest. I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.
