On another fantastic car from Mark Lorenzi at Porsche Plano. Such a pleasure working with him. My wife was driving the other one and it was getting enough miles on it to where I gave him a call and he started watching for low mileage pre-owned cayenne's and the perfect one came in 3 weeks after I talk to him. It is a 2022 Cayenne GTS and an awesome vehicle! Only had 12,000 miles on it. Mark gave me more than I expected for my trade and made this deal work. Anybody with a Porsche needs to be going to this dealership. From front to back they do an awesome job and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. I really appreciate Jeff Jutzi as my service advisor. He treats me with extreme professional courtesy, answers any questions, and is friendly. In the past, as a female bringing my car to other dealerships or other service advisors I have been hit on, made to feel like I should know car terms that I don't, etc. Jeff never makes me feel that way. Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.
