Working with MB Laguna and their Internet Sales Department is always fantastic. While I live in North County San Diego and have several other MB dealerships in my area, they are unable to match the people and pricing of MB Laguna. I’m happy to be a loyal customer.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I contacted them and had a quick response. I was able to test drive the car that night. Everyone there was extremely courteous and able to answer any questions. I ended up buying the car that night. This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

Taycan drivers love the performance, handling and acceleration according to Predicta's EV dataset. Their comments strongly place the Taycan high on the Love index. Of course, what would you expect from a Porsche? It's all about the performance, baby!

Making a service appointment was simple and easy. Upon my appointment arrival, all service personnel close to me greeted me, opened doors for me and inquired how they could help me. Rickie, my service representative saw me and came to greet me immediately. He asked me what services I needed, inspected the car and took the time to teach me how to use several controls I did not know how to operate. I was notified when the service was complete and Rickie insured my vehicle was washed. Lastly Rickie sent an Uber driver to take me home upon arriving with my car and sent a driver to my home to pick me up. The service was tremendous.
