In the end I got the car and all Is well. First things to note, I bought a Porsche without putting my hands on it. Never purchased from these guys either. And I’m kinda particular,I already have a few in my garage, 87, 07, 15, 20 and 22. From the start know this was a 8 year old Cayenne Turbo they seemed like they were too busy to sell this old one. The product rep was a good guy but his manager seemed to a bit of a hard xxx. I did email the GM and again a call would have been nice after my email sharing my experience. He did not, he send a note back that didn’t really address my concerns other than he cleared the way for me to buy the car. Now it may have been an off day or it maybe, like so many of the Porsche dealerships. They’re pretty self important. I gave them a 4 because I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. But as I begin to look for a gts targa it’ll probable be looking someone else.

Obviously they were very professional and friendly more importantly, they may feel important answered all my questions and made me laugh. Rick Balas is great to work with! It's refreshing in the stain age to find a dealership that doesn't wanna charge over sticker not only has Rick earned my business on my friendship guy.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2022 911 turbo S cabriolet from Beachwood porsche of Ohio. I live in San Diego California, but I have no problems purchasing and shipping the car to my front door. The sale was great, easy and Kevin made this whole process seamless. Unfortunately them being so far away it’s not a normal routine for me to purchase cross country but well worth the effort. Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

I own a 2018 GTS 718 Boxster. This is my 4th Porsche, I've had 2 air cooled 911s and first gen Cayman S. This is by far the best car I've ever owned. Everything about is perfect. Looks excellent, handles excellent, sounds excellent in sport mode with the sport exhaust. You can actually hear noises from the turbo. Excellent power. I've always had manual transmissions and this is my first PDK and it's excellent as well, it's so smooth, you'd think Carlos Santana tuned it. First topless Porsche, my others were all coupes. Tell this girl take her top off and she does it almost instantly, topless in about 10 seconds, even when jogging! Gets thumbs up and "daaamn" remarks by passer by's. It's one of the best looking cars I've ever seen. Extremely fun to drive. I feel lucky and honored to own this car. If you have the opportunity to get one, do it, you won't regret it. Even the base model is excellent, I driven them too!

I have forgotten too many times about writing this review. I bought another car from Doug a few months ago, "Uncle Carl," which replaced "Aunt Betty" who unfortunately got hit by a "text while u drive" guy. I was OK but Aunt Betty was not. Aunt Betty was a 41,000-mile 924S. Uncle Carl is a 944S2 with about the same miles. As always, the car was as represented, and delivered without a hitch. And if you finally get him to open up, Doug will tell you about his Cannonball adventures. I am in the Miami area, so I know a lot of "car dealers." Go to Twinsburg, Ohio where the emphasis is on the "car" and not on the "dealers." Thanks Doug!

I bought this car barely used, and have owned it for 10 years. I don't know what I'd change. Great to drive in all situations, and the cargo space makes it "practical" for all situations.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Best experience buying an automobile I have ever had. Found this car online. Called and talked to Tim. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Drove from Central IL to Cleveland in the middle of December. Tim had all paperwork ready and the Panamera was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for us. I had a trade in and the dealership went out of their way to make a deal I was happy with. Tim called to make sure I got home OK as there was several inches of snow the next day. I have always wanted a 911 Targa. I've always been inspired by the airy glass canopy in a refined and reliable sports car like the 911. I have wanted one since it was introduced. The glass canopy allows the outdoors in and provides plenty of light when driving through Mt. passes and canyons. I have been wanting to drive the famed 993 911 as well. So this opportunity gave me the best of both worlds.

What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.
