Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.
