Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

I had been searching on-line for months for a Macan S and finally found this one at Porsche of No Olmsted. I shot a quick email inquiry and within minutes heard back from Ken Daugherty. A few quick emails and 2 phone calls later, I had made this purchase. I had never bought a vehicle from an out of state dealer. Ken made this just seamless and flawless. Their price was better than any comparable car I had found with any local dealer. They arranged for a &quot;door to door&quot; covered truck delivery. Ken and I then did the vehicle orientation via face time on phones. I have purchased countless vehicles over many years. This experience was my best ever...period. Thank you Ken! David

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

The Macan base we bought is 2017 model. Until October 2022, there is no other maintenance except the front wheel bearing replacement within the warranty period. The maintenance cost is more expensive than that of other brands, except that it is a cost-effective Porsche car.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

In the end I got the car and all Is well. First things to note, I bought a Porsche without putting my hands on it. Never purchased from these guys either. And I’m kinda particular,I already have a few in my garage, 87, 07, 15, 20 and 22. From the start know this was a 8 year old Cayenne Turbo they seemed like they were too busy to sell this old one. The product rep was a good guy but his manager seemed to a bit of a hard xxx. I did email the GM and again a call would have been nice after my email sharing my experience. He did not, he send a note back that didn’t really address my concerns other than he cleared the way for me to buy the car. Now it may have been an off day or it maybe, like so many of the Porsche dealerships. They’re pretty self important. I gave them a 4 because I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. But as I begin to look for a gts targa it’ll probable be looking someone else.

This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.
