I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Alex Smith, in the service department, was very helpful. I was having trouble logging into my Porsche connect account. He asked a few questions took my car to the service area and a few software upgrades later my account was fixed. He was very professional and kept me current on their diagnostic procedures. I will continue to go their for my cars service

It is convenient to drop off and I appreciate the Uber ride to my work. Also, all of the employees that I come in contact with are very nice.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

GT4RS is awesome. GT3 engine in a mid-engine configuration. YES. Car is not too harsh for the street either. Car is loud inside. Buy it before its gone.

Wow is all I can say about Bellevue Porsche. From sales (2 vehicles in 5 years) to service, they have excelled beyond my greatest expectations. I'm very particular about my 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera S. I wash it by hand every week and enjoy the driving experience these past 5 years. First mechanical issue (oil leak from a bad gasket) appeared last month. I took the car to Bellevue Porsche for the analysis and repairs. They found the leak, but had to remove the engine to replace any faulty parts. Fortunately, I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car new in 2021. This covered the entire repair cost. The loaner I received was also covered. I was informed about the timeline and repairs as the job progressed. Picked up the car today and it runs perfect again. From Nicole P. in service, to the mechanics who worked on the car, I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and diligence throughout this process. This car makes going anywhere fun. It's my daily driver, and I always look forward to getting behind the wheel. It's been super reliable. Not the most economical car, but I have never regretted the purchase.

I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

My car had the IMS bearing replaced. With that said it has been a very reliable car. I use it as an everyday driver and also on the autocross track for fun. It now has 75k miles and is still a very trusted driver. I love this car!
