The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

Everything about my experience was first class. The salesman Ben was very professional, very positive and outgoing. You could tell he really enjoys his job. He knew all about the features, options of the car. Impressive. Riley in the business office was very good too. Both Ben and Riley were very personable.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! This is a head turner...a 2-seater above all in its class. If you are looking for a sport car you cannot go wrong with the GTS trim.

What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

GT4RS is awesome. GT3 engine in a mid-engine configuration. YES. Car is not too harsh for the street either. Car is loud inside. Buy it before its gone.
