He’s a Porsche owner himself, super nice, knowledgeable as a former Porsche tech and got me on my way promptly. Brian was the Porsche tech that worked on my car. He provided me with video and messaging updates of my car. The 5 min videos were very informative and thorough, sent 2x 5 min videos to me going over the entire car, priceless. Worth the money to take your Porsche where they give it the proper attention and utmost professionalism.

Dealer after dealer told us stories of how perfect the cars were until we took them to a mechanic to find serious issues that were never disclosed. Frustrating to say the least. Then my husband came across a vehicle at Faraj and spoke with Mark. He had a great feeling about the car and the place....and literally sent me a text "I think we found our car" (before I even saw the car!) I went to see the car in personal immediately and was so impressed with everything I saw and heard from Mark and his co-worker Zee. Both were so professional, honest and trustworthy which was so refreshing based on what we had recently experienced. And to top things off...the car was pretty awesome too! I first contacted Porsche Larchmont in late 2019 about purchasing my dream vehicle, a 718 Cayman GT4. Since I was a young child, I have been an avid car enthusiast, and owning a yellow Porsche and a red Ferrari at some point in my lifetime were both bucket list items for me. Coming from owning 3 BMW M cars in the past, I was used to the experience working with my preferred BMW dealer, and wasn't sure what to expect with Porsche. I had interactions with Ashley Harris (General Manager), Sylwester (Sales manager), and Pedro DeAraujo (Sales Representative) throughout this process, and I can unequivocally say that the experience with each of them was consistently one of professionalism. There were certainly a couple of points through the process where we hit challenges, but each time Pedro (and his leadership) was patient, extremely responsive, understanding, professional, and always found an amicable and fair resolution to the situation at hand. To me, this is a great testament to a dealership that is looking to build long-term sustainable relationships vs. selling these often limited quantity Porsches with a short-term, profit maximizing perspective. Especially on the day of finalizing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle, the dealership was at its finest. They had all the paperwork prepared and signing paperwork took all of 5 minutes (which was much needed for me with 2 toddlers accompanying us!). On the day of delivery, as any good sales rep would, Pedro left a couple of tricks in the bag to make the experience even more special for me. This is the best experience I've had with the handful of Porsche dealers I've visited, and it was truly a pleasurable car-buying experience!

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included
