Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!

PASM along with the AWD helps keep this one glued to the road. The 4 is Wider than a 2 the S is not necessary. All season road runner. Top down warm weather, AWD for the rest. 😎

Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. That is when I met Kevin in person because we had only corresponded through daily texts. Afterwards, we met with Neil to discuss numbers/payment etc. He could not have been more lovely. I am the proud owner of a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupe! The 997 is AWESOME. It has excellent brakes, engine, suspension, interior design, and yes …that sexy body style with an attitude! I love driving the 997; it's superb in response, handling, and breaking. I feel like a combat fighter pilot on a mission. Talk about stress therapy, drive a 997, and feel invigorated every time you take the perfect apex. Driving the 997 will make you a believer of the slogan, “Porsche, there is no substitute."

I recently bought a 991.1 S Cabriolet from Sports Trend and could not be more satisfied with the experience. I spend about $1000-$2000 each year on maintenance. One may consider that high, but I purchased a 911 C4S car for $35,000; the MSRP was $93,000 in 2004. The vehicle has appreciated since 2019, and now, with such a detailed service history over the years, it could sell for $40,000. So you either pay in depreciation or maintenance, and though I may be a stickler for maintenance, it keeps the value stable. I could have gotten a new Camry for $35,000, but it would be worth about $15,000 now and less fun. Next car I will jump up to a 2012 to 2015 Porsche. You can't go wrong if you get the right model, rare options, and even rare colors. Number one is having complete maintenance records; don't buy one without them.

Mina was great to work with for the recent purchase of our 2015 Ford F-250. He was easy to talk to and was quick to answer all of our questions. He provided us with lots of options for extended warranties and gap insurance for our purchase. The pictures of the vehicle I looked at prior to our visit were proven true when we saw the vehicle in person. I was a bit nervous making a large vehicle purchase from an independent dealer but felt very comfortable with our purchase after talking with Mina. I would highly recommend his dealership for our next high quality used vehicle.
