Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated.The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.

The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

Been looking on line for next vehicle for over 2 years. An accident forced me to finally act. Subaru has a great reputation. I bought a Forester. The hight of the seat was important as I get older. Just slide in, no ups or crawling down. I wanted a vehicle that provided some utility and great gas mileage. The Forester had it all. I inquired on a special order times and was told 9 to 12 weeks. Told Patrick exactly what I wanted. Then I had the accident. A few days later Patrick called and told me a Forester with my description was being built and would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. All I had to do is come in and put $1,000 down and they would put my name on it. All went like clock works. Very satisfied with the purchase at Napleton Subaru. Car drives like a dream. More electronics than I could imagine.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. I would recommend Illinois Motors and the whole process with no reservations.

This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

Max and Sam were very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and provided information. I did a test drive and liked very much but eventually thought the vehicle might be a little bigger than I want or able to fit in my garage. I would definitely recommend Little House Of Cars.

I purchased and held car for 4 years. After I purchased the car it needed many things, water pump failed, brake lines, alternator failed, motor mounts failed, cup holders snapped in all I spent about $15,000.00 on it in 4 years on a well cared for car with about 40k miles on it. It’s not cheap to keep up and I did not overpay for repairs at the dealer. It’s a great car however it’s going to cost you to keep it up properly. All the while you own it you will have fun when it’s not in the shop. Every time you hear a noise you wonder what is next and how much will it cost. This is a car for owners with disposable income, time, an extra car and a good local Porsche specialist.

Very helpful with fast turn around of an unexpected repair. Fair prices with detailed explanation of repair. Have been working with Kunes in Delivan for about 5 years and have consistently had a superior experience. Good people with good values.

I have had 7 Porsches and assorted other 'exotic' cars over the years includinga Lamborghini Miura, Mercedes CLS 550 Biturbo V8 , 1973 Pantera, Ferarri 348, TVR, BMW's, and others, including a 1969 Camaro Z28 that i still drive with a big grin! My 2014 Carrera 911S Cabriolet is by far my favorite Plenty of power, responsive, luxurious, and just a kick in the rear to drive anywhere. Just driving to the store is a fun experience! For me, at 76, It is the perfectly balanced sports car that is capable of taking my breath away! And I drive it hard when conditions permit! Truly a wonderful high performance sports car of the first order! I couldn't be happier than behind the wheel of my 911 S Cab!

Very easy process. Omar was very helpful and patient. I did not feel pressured at all. Ended up buying a great car at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

The Porsche Taycan is a work of art in terms of comfort, performance and overall driving dynamics. The handling and acceleration are truly something to behold and are just on another level from most other vehicles on the road.

I really enjoyed this car ! It is well build and very dependable and fun to drive ! I have this for 3 years it has been a joy to own a Porsche. You can tell a big difference when compared to other cars in its class. This car stands tell and very bless to have such a car!

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

When you buy a Porsche 911 you buy it because of its performance. My car now has 96,000 mile are runs and drives as it should. I do several DE track days every year. It has never let me down. It is amazing to drive, steers like it is on rails, stops on a dime, and goes as fast as I need it to go. What a great car!!

Porsche was my dream car and have owned the 2007 911 Carrera S for many years. It is everything I desired in a car. Smooth, fast, reliable and beautiful Black with Black interior and manual shift. I have owned two Corvettes, an MGB and Pontiac GTO, but the Porsche 911 is a keeper.

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. I have owned 2 Boxters. First one was a 2001 S series. Currently own a 2008 Base model. These cars are just fantastic to drive. Both were Triptonic. The exterior update on the 2008 is perfect. Only 47,000 miles on it. Bought the car with 34,000 miles on the odometer. Near mint condition. One tip for new owners is to change oil and filter every 5,000miles. I have a great mechanic who specializes Porsches and Land Rovers, I have both. Saves me me big $$$ over dealerships cost costs on repair. Follow the maintenance ‘schedule and you will have a blast. My wife and I love driving through New England with the top down. God I love the car….

This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out within a half hour on the day of pick-up. You can tell he genuinely enjoys the work he does and it shows. Owner of Porsche's since my first purchase new in 1970. 12 registered to me and another 20 or so I bought, drove on dealer plate when I was in used car business.M y 2006 997.1 Carrera 4 Cab with 30k on the odometer is one of the most dialed in cars I have driven. PASM along with the AWD helps keep this one glued to the road. The 4 is Wider than a 2 the S is not necessary. All season road runner. Top down warm weather, AWD for the rest. 😎

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.
