I spent many months looking for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. After 4-5 months I came across a 2017 Cayenne S E -Hybrid, Black, loaded at Porsche Fairfield CT. I hesitated to contact them since they were 2 1/2 hrs from where I live. I finally reached out and Mark Ward-Willis contacted me. We talked over the next several days about the car and about my trade. He gave me a quote for my trade, and we discussed a few things I would want cleaned up on the Cayenne. Mark promised he would take care of it, and promised that they would not give me any less for my tade then we discussed. We agreed on a price for the Cayenne and we agreed on a date for me to drive up and purchase the car. Due to a pending tropical storm and then a funeral, I had to move the date out a few days. Mark was very accommodating. He couldn't had been more flexible. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met Mark. He told us to take the car for a ride as long as we liked. After the ride I pointed out a couple of cosmetic things and Mark quickly took care of it. While Mark did that, we sat down with Tony to sign the paperwork. Tony was a great guy also with a great personality. Both Mark and Tony were very sincere. They did not try to back off from anything we had agreed on. I was worried about that since I was travelling from a distance. Since the purchase, Mark has followed up with me several times to see how things were going. I really appreciated it, since it gave me a chance to ask some post purchase questions. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car from Mark and Porsche Fairfield and as a matter of fact, they would be one of my first stops.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Resolved my issue with my 97 Boxster. xxxxxxto my tech (C Villa), he resolved not only the issue I described but but also tightened up some additional bolts that I didn't realize were loose. I just assumed the car was old. Made a huge difference to the drive of the car. I appreciate the extra attention taken to my car. It was a great example of a tech seeing something and doing something about it even though it was not expressed by the customer. Also gives me reason to bring my car to Porsche because ultimately they do know the car best.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Amazing experience - never thought online car purchases would be so smooth. Duane offered great communication including photos, videos and texts allowing us to keep on top of the purchase process as it evolved. We started by looking to buy a Mercedes S63 - but, based upon the great experience, we also purchased a 2021 BMW X7 as well. Both vehicles were delivered to us in South Georgia after receiving a comprehensive ceramic polish as part of the purchase. I never take the time out to write a review but this just has to be said! I have been buying exotic cars for quite some time and can honestly say that my experience at Wide World Ferrari was surreal! Bought Model S Plaid from Duane. Exceptional level of communication. I picked my Brand new Model Y few months back at TESLA and this Car literally looks way better than my new Y. The aesthetic appearance, the cleaning, exterior and interior minor detailing, the shine is absolutely phenomenal. Guy puts his heart & soul into cars collection. I travelled from NY to Connecticut to pick up and all cars in showroom were pristine. Its definitely not Mercedes or BMW level showroom experience (who cares an Air Conditioned office or a snack). Duane offered Complimentary ceramic coating as well that no one in industry offers with such narrow profit margin (Just because they do in house detailing and coatings). I've been fortunate to own several cars, including a 06 Boxster, 08 911 and now this 2013 911, which I purchased Certified with 27k miles on it. It does not disappoint, the sound, the handling, the drive is amazing and so typical Porsche. Still tight after more then 10 years and 2 prior owners. Wow. Love the car and yes, found it on Cars.com

What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming. I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! I really appreciate the effort they make to provide stellar customer service!

What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

I have bought many cars in my lifetime (more than 50+ cars). I am usually that friend or family member that people call to help them buy cars. Sure you all have someone like that. This was my best experience that I have had. They were easy to work with, respectful, honest, no games, professional, and HONESTLY THE MOST PAINLESS EXPERIENCE EVER. Also, if you are from NY, NJ, or CT, you need to shop here. They only have a $75 doc fee where they usually charge around $500 in other states. I'm from MA and it is common practice of $450-500 for the doc fee. No other junk or silly hidden charges. The car I bought came with all the paperwork and things I expected. Seriously, I would drive 4 hours again to buy another car from them again. It was that good of an experience and my travel time is nothing for excellent service.

992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.
