Ken at Manheim Imports was such a pleasure to work with as was the whole team! The place was very busy with other customers, but they pulled in more help to make the process run smooth and quickly. Price of vehicle was already below market average saving is time and hassle on negotiating a price. We ended up going with a different car then we had originally gone to look at. The vehicle is in great condition and looked like the photos on their listing. Since it was a Tesla, they made sure we were comfortable with driving and all the features before we drove off to head home. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ken.

Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

Hernan Diaz-Egg and the management and finance team at Autohaus Audi were great. It took a bit of negotiating, but in the end, I was pleased with the deal and love the new(er) vehicle! They stayed late on a Friday to work with us so we did not have to make another trip and even delivered the car to us the next day. I have used Scott to maintain my 2 Miatas. They also replaced suspension, lowered my cars, replaced the steering wheel, and any other modifications I have asked for. In addition, regular maintenance. Always with precision. Most recently, my headlight had moisture in it. They had a replacement in 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. I can't reccomend anywhere else with this kind of conviction.

This is the best driving SUV ever! Love it! I feel safe and it handles extremely well. The infotainment system is wonderful! I will buy it again!

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Hernan (sales) was great to deal with. Very professional and efficient. Let me test drive used Audi without accompanying me which allowed me a little more time to fiddle with everything, become comfortable and make sure it was the right car for me. No pressure and the manager worked with me on trade value. Finance mgr was also efficient and transparent; offered extras (GAP, extended warranty) but did not pressure me at all to buy. When a car dealer presents as a professional establishment which respects your budget and time, it makes for a much more pleasant experience. Kudos to Autohaus Lancaster!

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I want to share a review that is overwhelmingly about service, because that is where Autohaus truly excels. I did experience an issue with my brand new Audi that required several return visits. It was a safety-related concern involving my horn, so understandably it was stressful and something I took very seriously. What could have been an incredibly frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, empathy, and an extraordinary level of care. Kyle was my primary point of contact, and even when I was upset, he remained calm, thoughtful, and reassuring, making it clear at every step that I was a priority. At one point, the owner himself came out to personally test the horn to ensure it was working properly, which really spoke volumes about the level of accountability and care. The level of service went far beyond anything I expected. When my horn failed the day before I was supposed to leave for a trip and I did not feel safe driving, the team arranged a ride to the Philadelphia airport. Not a shuttle. A beautiful, brand new Audi. I was completely shocked and so grateful. They also ensured I had a loaner when my car needed to remain in the shop. When my loaner got a flat tire, they literally came to my home in Lebanon and brought me another vehicle. As someone who spent decades working in hospitality, I can confidently say this is one of the best examples of service after the sale that I have ever seen in my life. They made me feel like I am their only customer, take a look at their inventory and you will realize how truly special that is. I chose Audi because of their great safety reputation, but I will choose Autohaus for their amazing service. I want to give an additional shout-out to Cameron for his help and collaboration along the way as well. Kyle’s consistency, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into one that built real trust. Answered one of my calls, stayed in constant communication, and never made me feel like a bother I cannot recommend Autohaus highly enough, and they have turned me into a customer for life.

GT4RS is awesome. GT3 engine in a mid-engine configuration. YES. Car is not too harsh for the street either. Car is loud inside. Buy it before its gone.
