Unfortunately, we couldn’t finalize the deal as the vehicle had a damaged part that they weren’t able to replace, but they did offer me a small discount to accommodate the issue, which I genuinely appreciated. However, since I’m investing over $50K in a car, I preferred to have it delivered fully fixed, so I decided to put the purchase on hold to explore other options. Despite this, I truly valued their transparency, urgency in addressing my concerns, and overall customer service. If you’re looking for a dealership that communicates well and is upfront about their inventory, I’d highly recommend Platinum Cars Marietta.

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

I came in for oul change and my Rear riverside tire leaking down. it took over 3 hours to complete work. I was grateful that the tire was replaced with a new one., but they did not put valve stem cover back on nor did they clean the white sealant material from around tire and wheel. I think they could have been more customer focused

I purchased the Panamera 4 with the sport pkge. The car is responsive, has great acceleration, awesome handling and is fun to drive. If you’re looking for a four door sports car, give it a test drive.

One of the best and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had! I worked with Chris and Jonathan to buy a car sight unseen, 500 miles away. Jonathan owns one of these cars himself, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the model. We worked off of many photos and videos of both their car, and the car I was trading, and they were very helpful in facilitating having Jimmy Rapasi ( who was amazing as well) in coming down to do the ppi.
