Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

I am a 30 year automotive professional and a Porsche owner since 1985. The Panamera GTS v8 is a BEAST. I love this car. I mean I love this car. If I ever sell it, I would want it to go to a family member or a close friend without hesitation. Having driven and owned multiple marque brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, BMW I can say that Porsche never disappoints. My GTS is a daily driver and one of the most comfortable and reliable cars I have ever driven. The interior is laid out extremely well and the exterior design is still jaw dropping. The performance from the 440 HP engine and multiple performance setting make this a true driver's car. P.S. Since 1984, All I have to do is hold the Porsche key in my hand to put a smile on my face, and I'm still smiling.

Good review of a very desirable car but if you want credibility, research why the key is on the left. It's there for Le Mans starts ... remember, drivers ran across the track, jumped in the car and drove off without seatbelts fastened. Having the key on the left allowed the drivers to start the engine with the left hand and shift to first with the right - the cars were all angled off in the direction of the track so as soon as the engine started and the car was in gear, the hands would be brought back to steering.

Excellent top notch service. Impressive staff knowledgeable and precise they cover all the bases with aplomb and confidence You get what you pay for here. Might seem expensive but these are high end cars and servicing them is not easy. Have had A* experiences here. Never had a bad one yet

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

2nd Cayman 2.7M. Bought first New in 2006 as my daily driver. Drunk driver totaled it with 132K Miles in 2019, only repair besides normal maintenance was an Air Oil Separator at 89K Miles. Fantastic Car. Got 2014 Cayman 2.7M in 2019 with 15K Miles. 2014 is a much better car. Enjoying it at 38K Miles and will keep as long as I can drive.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

They reached out after I built the car online, and I was able to get a car to my specs only two months later. I was very happy with the financial deal, and the car is amazing.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.
