02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. Everyone was personable and professional. They were able to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had. Because Raj was so detailed the hubby and I go to bed tonight stress free. 2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Just had my second service appointment for my 2024 Volvo here. Prior to having this car, I had never taken my cars to the dealership to be serviced because I was under the impression dealerships would be pushy or difficult to deal with. But that is absolutely not true and I have been VERY pleased with the service, professionalism, and ease of taking my car to Johnson Volvo. Freddie in the service team was SUPER helpful and set expectations up-front and wanted to make sure I was aware and satisfied with the extra work I had done (installing a trailer hitch on top of maintenance). He took time to update me throughout the process, and afterwards to show me how to work the hitch and made sure I had all the associated components. Holly in the front remembered talking to me a few weeks ago on the phone and is so nice and wonderful to speak with. The people here make the process of coming to the dealership so easy and even enjoyable!

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I made an appointment for my Audi Q5 30,000 miles maintenance along with tire rotation and state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked up later that day. William along with all the other associates working there were very pleasant and kindly explained everything that was done to my vehicle. Without me asking they fixed two recalls that had been issued! I highly recommend Audi Charlotte and can’t say enough great things about their customer service and honesty. I truly appreciate their service and kindness and will continue to take my vehicle there in the future!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

This is exactly the car that I expected, and more beautiful in person. It meets all expectations, and the interior and driving position is perfect for long distance touring.

This facility is top notch, clean and organized, the entire staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for either service or purchase.

Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)

I am truly in love with my car. It has been incredible. Perfection is almost impossible but somehow Porsche did it. I think if you are considering this car just do it.
