Had my Macan in for maintenance. The website had a glitch and I could not schedule on line. Aside from that, it was easy to make a telephone appointment. My service advisor, Shariff was a pleasure to deal with. He accurately predicted when the car would be ready and advised me properly as to the services. The car was returned to me in tip top shape with all items performed properly. Shariff explained everything and made sure I was aware of future maintenance items for later in the year. Overall a great experience.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Negotiation on price and terms was a breath of fresh air. Very straight forward, and resolved within a matter of minutes without pretense to very fair terms, having been searching in the market for the past year with a more intensive focus the past six months. Jonathan also put forth the extra effort to locate and secure some invaluable original documents and historic records for the car, which was a most welcome surprise on the day that we closed the deal after a successful PPI. Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

This was a great experience. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was great. We had an excellent sales person that assisted us. Chau Vu showed us many new cars in the dealership inventory that we were interested in. She accompanied us on a test drive in an X5 hybrid. Chau was very thorough in her explanation of the workings of the hybrid model and we ended up coming to an agreement on the car the same day. She met our expectations on a fair trade-in value for our truck and highlighted a corporate rebate program with my employer. The business manager, Heather Dumas was easy to work with on finalizing the purchase and reviewing the additional options. Cole Robertson provided a great intro to the many features that the vehicle included and helped with set up.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.
