Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! This Macan S model car has all of the bells and whistles: navigation, power everything, integrated phone, voice control, paddle shifters, heated and air conditioned seats, cruise control, leather, smart headlights that turn into curves, and rain sensing wipers. The car has the six cylinder turbo 348 HP engine with 414 lf-ft of torque. Very quick and responsive. The ride is smooth, and the car handles great. The only con is the sun visors are too short.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

Porsche was my dream car and have owned the 2007 911 Carrera S for many years. It is everything I desired in a car. Smooth, fast, reliable and beautiful Black with Black interior and manual shift. I have owned two Corvettes, an MGB and Pontiac GTO, but the Porsche 911 is a keeper.

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

This was an amazing vehicle to own. It's currently at about 180k miles, and it runs perfectly! It really only needs regular maintenance, to be honest. It's never broken down once.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.
