I traded in my 992 911S for a 992 GT3. Since then, I just had my GT3 serviced at Porsche Englewood on September 16th 2025. Nico at service gave me all the information on what the car was going to receive that day along with a loaner. He’s a Porsche owner himself, super nice, knowledgeable as a former Porsche tech and got me on my way promptly. Brian was the Porsche tech that worked on my car. He provided me with video and messaging updates of my car. The 5 min videos were very informative and thorough, sent 2x 5 min videos to me going over the entire car, priceless. Worth the money to take your Porsche where they give it the proper attention and utmost professionalism.

Was less then impressed on a previous visit, but didn't realize that the car I wanted to test drive, was unavailable due to showroom construction and NOT the fact that the dealership didn't have time for a test drive. This is, by far, the most friendly and professional dealership. That is why I always take my BMW vehicles to them. The services they provide are outstanding, done in timely manner and no short-cuts. Everything is done correctly. I also appreciate getting a clean car back. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships. In one case, I caught them leaving off under neath panels so they save time on following services ! This shoddy work is unacceptable ! I trust BMW Of Ridgefield with my BMW.
