I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I was welcomed by Ms Martha who was very professional . She introduced me to my service representative, Victor He was thorough, pleasant and very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

This is a follow-up to a review earlier this week regarding my CPO or Lemon review. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.
