Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

One of the top 3 best SUVs in the market by far, only rivaled by RR and Bentley. The quality is flawless; it drives like a car but with the comfort of a luxury SUV. Best of both worlds. I have a 911 and I am shocked how fantastic is the driving experience of the Cayenne

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

I was referred to Boston Motorsports via Alfa Romeo USA due to a recall inquiry. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. They are an efficient and thorough repair house. The prices are sometime high so shop around however the support with loaners & transportation to and from the location is helpful.

I recently bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from them. The car itself is in excellent condition, just as described, and I got a great deal. Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

This group is a hidden gem. Miro provided detailed informatioin regarding the Mercedes I was interested in purchasing and ultimately helped me with transport (I am out of state). Purchasing a car "sight unseen" can be a little nerve wracking, but I felt confident that the car was as described because of the addtional pix and information provided to me by Miro. Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.
