I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Buying a used car from Keith and Stu at Auto Connections was extremely straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. When I inquired online about one of their listed cars, Stu responded promptly by email and invited me to come in at my convenience to see and test drive the car, but with no sense of a hard sell or pressure. When I came in, the car was cleaned and sanitized, ready for a safe test drive, which they allowed me to do on my own for as long as I wanted. Because I wasn't doing a trade-in and had come to the dealership with my primary car, the dealership helped get the car I'd just bought delivered to my home. All in all, I was impressed with everyone at Auto Connections, and had the easiest, most relaxed buying experience I've ever encountered. I definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Honda here at Porsche of Bellevue. Kevin Shi made the process super simple and easy, we traded in our old car and drove away in the new-to-us car all in about an hour. What stood out to me most was how nice they detailed the car, making it as look as good as brand new. I like the car but my wife loves it so that’s what really matters, thanks Porsche of Bellevue!

My car's glass roof was replaced at Porsche Bellevue and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From having the repair estimated, to coordinating the availability of parts, to the repair- my service advisor Nicole was great in communicating the status as well as taking care of several warranty-related items that had come up prior to my appointment. They were all performed at the same time as the repair. I am grateful for the courtesy loaner vehicles provided for the 3+ weeks my car was in for the repair/service and it made this as convenient as possible.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Recently had my car in for service which included work done by an outside vendor. The service provided was outstanding as Porsche Bellevue completed their own service and repairs and also arranged the car transfer with the outside vendor.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Porsche Bellevue since 2020. Both sales and service have been terrific! The quality of the cars accompanied by the professionalism of the employees has been a pleasure to experience.

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

At first, I was a little thrown off by the lack of attention when I first stepped onto the lot, but soon realized that their no-pressure approach was a breath of fresh air. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they go above and beyond to get you on the road in the right vehicle. 2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

Hats off to Drake and the service team at PP in Boise. Had extra time on a drive from OR to NV - called PP on the way in to see if they could squeeze in a quick wash to clean the thick wall of bugs caked on the front of my car. Drake worked with the team to create space - we were in and out in less than an hour - during which we grabbed a fabulous burger at the Golden Wheel Drive In next door. Car looked fabulous and we then continued on our drive to NV. Thanks PP!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

My wife was looking for a replacement vehicle as hers was slowly falling apart. We found a car we liked, came in to the dealership an hour from closing. Jason and Jodi both when above and beyond staying late to help us get a more reliable vehicle. I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

We have purchased many vehicles during our lifetime and our buying experience with Pierre Chevrolet topped them all. Our salesman (Theo) and everyone else we dealt with was professional and friendly. At no point during the sales process did we ever feel pressured!!!

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

I love driving my Cayenne. It's a great blend of sportiness and functionality. The GTS model looks awesome on the road. I would likely buy this model again.
