I’ve NEVER taken my BMW back for anything. Calvin, my coordinator stays on top of it all, and it’s impossible that anyone can be in such a good mood all the time. Jackie is the loaner car gal, but really she quarterbacks the whole front part of the service department. I took a star off for pricing, but that’s really unfair. You pick out a car you enjoy in the price range, so shut up about it. Right? I wish I was a bigger person.

My service advisor Jason was excellent! Top notch!! I originally bought my Taycan at Newport Beach Porsche and was in for a repair. I have bought five cars there now and will definitely go back.

Dimitri was my sales representative, I had an excellent and seamless transition from helping me find me the car and complete the finance paperwork. Dimitri helped me with return of my prior lease, getting me a Lyft, making sure that the transition and orientation to the car was completed. I am grateful for his enthusiasm and his time in getting me through this process and making it least stressful. This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

Jeremy treated me excellent and I really love the 1990 ZR1 I bought from him , he is a true gentlemen ! The operation is super clean and nice and some spectacular cars .

We've used New Autos for the last 3 car purchases, both new & used cars, & are extremely satisfied with their service. Our last purchase was made in a bit of a rush (because our old car sold too quick!) & they were able to get us exactly what we wanted, at a price we thought was fair. As an extended family we've probably purchased 8-10 cars with New Autos, & sold 2 through their services--I'd say they're highly recommended!

This is a first class operation. In and out quick with a complimentary car wash included. you feel pampered at this dealership. Michelle in Service, was very attentive. I like the window into the garage and the text updates including video of the safety checks are new to me. As a tech geek, I found this very cool too.

Just bought an Infiniti through Silverstar. Last car I bought there was a Mercedes E350 and its 200,000 miles perfect even now. There were a couple warrant issues since the car has 8000 miles on it. Crest gave me a hard time about some minor warranty issues so my guys at Silverstar Motors are working to fix the issues for me. My wife and I both would recommend them 100%
