I had been looking for a Tahoe or Yukon, 4wd for quite some time, I was on the computer daily looking at all the vehicles for sale. I finally saw one I liked, some what close to home. I went to wheels on deals, talked to ozzie [Osvaldo] after I'd walked around the lot for a bit, i went to the Yukon I was there to see and buy. He went and got the keys after introducing himself, backed the rig into better lighting for me to walk around it, open all the doors etc. We took it for a spin, made sure all worked well no noises, or smells, vibrations, etc. Of course I ended up buying it, the price was what I was willing to pay, the mileage was in the ball park, the vehicle condition was great. The thing that made me feel comfortable was ozzie was very professional, he did not act like my best friend, or chap his lips on my tail, I left there with a new ride and felt great, I didn't feel like I got took or anything. I waited around a little bit as the loan process was accepted and completed, the place is clean very well maintained, shiny floors, clean bathroom, T.V. 's I would recommend anyone to go there.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Honestly no problems with this car besides maintenance and the typical, wish the exterior was prettier, and there was a middle seat in my third row. However we pretend there is but a seatbelt would be nice there. Dislike how it gets rusty quick around the tires. Wish the car sat up a little higher for speed bumps and high drive ways is very inconvenient sometimes. Radio set up is very nice, charger ports and aux cords. Not much to complain about with this car.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Long time (Decades) Land Rover owner, driver, enthusiast, glutton for punishment... We have 3 other LR's in the family fleet as well as Toyotas and Subarus. I purchased this one CPO 2 years ago and took it on a major family road trip, spanning over 4 months and 11 states. We drove the vehicle more than 300 miles off-road, over desert sand, small rocks, big rocks, Jeep Roads, and 3 remote mountain passes over 12,000 feet. On road we drove it very high speed on lonely freeways in western states. Our LR Discovery HSE delivered flawlessly. The Windsor Leather interior is very stylish, functional and comfortable. The Disco handles like a sports car and has a very tight turning radius (can make an easy u-turn on most streets). Now it's mostly used day to day in town, hauling kids to and from school and sports and driving to work. We've taught 2 kids to drive in this car. It still looks and smells new. Everything works well and after putting many miles on the odometer it's begging for more. Regular oil changes and routine maintenance, that's it. Now we're well aware of issues with LR's and most every expensive vehicle...it seems to run with the territory. On this car my hat's off to Land Rover! This Discovery is a fantastic vehicle!! Love it so much, I decided to get a brand new Defender. After a few months the jury's still out on which is the better vehicle... I can assure you, we'll have a good time reaching that conclusion and we'll let you know when we figure it out!

I'd been eyeing the old version of the Allroad for so many years so when the new version came out, I had to have it! I can go from a business meeting, to dinner, to the mountains and the car fits the bill. The exterior design is eye catching yet not too flashy. It's sophisticated but yet rugged enough so that you don't worry about getting it dirty on dirt roads because once you hose it down, it'll look like a million bucks again. Power and handling are superior to my wife's Subaru Outback. You can drive it like a sports sedan through canyons and power up mountains with ease. I can fit my road bike w/ only 1 seat folded down, leaving plenty of room for a 3rd person and all our gear. Only issue I have (much like the cars.com reviewer) is with the MMI interface. I feel that BMW's interface was much easier and intuitive. Changing radio stations requires you to look at the screen, therefore taking eyes off road. In addition, changing the fan speed on the air conditioning requires 2 different motions instead of a quick turn of the knob like other cars. Other than that, I love this car and would recommend to active people looking for an upscale and fun car at a relatively decent price.

Koenig Subaru in Port Angeles was where Costco Auto took us. I called and made all the transactions over the phone. Out the door price was settled before I got there. Even my trade in. Great experience.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

I was moving to Seattle from abroad. My brother found a car that was perfect for me on Del Sol's website. He spoke with Luis in sales and Luis was able to work it out that I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle as I traveled. When I arrived, the process was clean and quick. Everything was exactly as Luis had promised my brother. It was the easiest car buying experience I could imagine! And Robin, the finance manager was great also. Didn't try to push or sell me things I didn't need. Overall, the experience of buying at Del Sol was terrific.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

I bought a 2015 with over 100K miles on it. I love the interior and the handling, and the utility of having a 3 series BMW with a hatchback. There's loads of room in the back seat and in the trunk area. I wish I could update the tech - it's based off v3.0 of wireless, so most of the built-in tech does not work. The car was well cared for, so I hope I can get through a few happy years of ownership without the notorious large BMW repair bills...

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!
