Bought one in 2010 with 32k miles on it. Head gasket failed at 110k. Thwy are known for this failure. $1000 repair including timing belt and water pump. Used an after market gasket. Car continued another 124k miles with regular service/oil changes/tires/brakes. Best car ever. Would still have it if it hadn't been rear ended and totaled on the highway. Car saved my life.

I would like to give the best review to Mark and his company, Crestwood Auto Sales. We purchased a RAV4 for our grandson, and Mark was insistent on getting it in perfect shape before completing the sale. A pesky engine light was finally determined to be an incorrectly installed Oxygen sensor. Mark is a great dealer of used cars, and a pleasure to deal with. His integrity is beyond reproach. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

My hubby and I both purchased our used vehicles here within the last two years. Bill and Ron were both so friendly and HELPFUL, straightforward and informative. We did our part and looked over the vehicles inside and out, studied the provided Carfax reports, took them for long test drives, and researched them online before purchasing. Any questions or issues were explained and addressed with no problems. Bill went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied. Financing was very easy with our fair down payments and good to very good credit scores. We also had a mechanic look over both vehicles first, understanding that these vehicles are on the older side and are high mileage. Seems fair to realize that no one, not even an excellent mechanic, can anticipate what may happen (mechanically) after purchase. There was a basic 90 day warranty provided at no cost. And vehicles are (newly or recently) inspected before sale. To avoid any misconceptions, we read over the purchase agreement(s) thoroughly, and asked questions. Know and understand everything before signing! Finally, I'd like to say that we dealt fairly with them and they treated us wonderfully! I would definitely buy vehicles there again. P S. Already looking at one for my son who is in the market!

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

I bought a truck from them and the sale went smoothly. I had issues with a persistent check engine light that required multiple trips back to the dealer but they always took me right away and never made me feel like I was a bother. the 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a smooth comfortable car with a potential flaw that Hyundai has, in my opinion, addressed adequately. First the Pros: It is stylish in both the interior as well as exterior design. It is comfortable, even for me at 6'3" and is not tiring for extended periods on the highway. The fuel economy is good averaging for me about 32 MPG with mostly highway driving. The engine has reasonable power when needed and is generally smooth. The cons are that the 4-cylinder Theta-II engine that the Sonata Uses, (as well as the Santa Fe and Kia Optima and Sorento) has a known flaw that causes the #4 cylinder connecting rod bearing to wear out prematurely causing engine failure. Hyundai has recently extended the Engine Warranty to a lifetime warranty on these engines and that includes if you bought the car used. I think this is a reasonable response. My Sonata suffered this exact failure 5 months ago at 164,000 miles and the engine was replaced with no pushback. The car carried an original 100K mile warranty which is still considered industry leading so, legally, any car over 100K miles Hyundai and Kia could have stuck to their original warranty agreement and taken no action. But that is not what they are doing. One of the reasons I gave Korean cars a try several years ago was the lack of response I got on a Japanese brand known for their high quality that also had a known failure point but took no action after the warranty expired. Because of Hyundai's ultimate response I still highly recommend the car. if you have a higher mileage Sonata, my advice would be sure you have some sort of roadside assistance, so in case you experience this same failure, you will not be left stranded. The good news is that in the rare instance you experience this issue, you should receive a new engine.

This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

I recently bought a Ford from this place and I'm super happy with it. A lot of these cars have high mileage but are inspected for at least 2-3 years so i'm sure if theirs any issue you'll have time to fix it. However they can be a bit pricey and overcharge so check kelly blue book to make sure your getting a good deal.

I bought an LT model new in 2013 and have driven it daily ever since. I have not had a single problem of any sort.....no repairs, service, etc. other than oil changes at the proper intervals. The interior has held up beautifully, and the exterior paint has coped quite well with being parked outside in the hot desert sun. The gas mileage is around 16 to 17 MPG, which is rather low, but it is a large vehicle. Acceleration is excellent, but there is a lag before the transmission downshifts for passing. Overall, it is one of the nicest, quietest vehicles I have ever owned.

For a V6 this gets amazing highway gas mileage. I’ve driven from Northern California to Long Beach on a single tank. Has some power too, enough to have some fun with. I really enjoyed my CLK.

The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.
