Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and it has always been reliable and never had any mechanical issues with it. I really believe the mechanical issues some owners experience comes down to regular maintenance being done. It’s a great looking SUV and it’s no wonder there are so many on the road.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

I had a head-on collision with my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum going 60-65 mph. The entire engine compartment is gnarly; the engine is upside down and backwards, but nothing from under the front hood entered the vehicle. A law enforcement officer told me how surprised he was and said that if I plan to buy another vehicle, I should buy a Nissan Pathfinder because he had never seen so much damage to a vehicle without the driver un-injured.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!
