I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

So I’m based in Texas and this dealership was in Indiana. My salesman name was James. Let me tell you!! James was the upmost respectful and outgoing and honest salesman’s I’ve ever worked with. EVER! And I’ve bought at least 6 cars the process was easy and hackle free. We did everything over the phone and they were honest about the condition of the vehicle. I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! And I appreciated that tremendously. A few weeks later we decided it was the right vehicle for her and I gave him a call and he won our business.
