Used 2022 RAM 1500 Big Horn trucks for sale near Port Washington North, NY

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I called on Sunday and spoke to Neil. He was very knowledgeable. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the salesman that Neil had me meet was Jay Marine. I have been to many dealerships and I know now what to look out for. The beauty of working with Jay is he was up front and honest. Jay had to leave and Brandon took over giving us continued great courteous service. Brandon had the car prepared and ready to go. He was thorough in his explains the car features and ready to go. His personality again like Neil and Jay was as it should be when purchasing a large ticket item— just plain and simple and they all delivered what I wanted. I purchased a Dodge Ram that is a real nice car all around. Neil had already picked the perfect truck for me after our discussion. I could not be more happy with the courteous treatment I received. They are fair and honest. The finance person, Sean, showed me the different ratings the banks had given for me. One was an A rating the other was a 3 not sure about what that meant but I have been to dealerships that would never show me the different ratings. The finance person was no gimmicks nor any surprises I have seen elsewhere. I would strongly recommend if you are going to purchase a car that you go to Smithaven Jeep, Dodge dealership located in Smithtown. I will be purchasing another truck soon and I will return because of the decent treatment I received. Thank you all for being so knowledgeable and trustworthy!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership in factory ordering my vehicle with “Manny”. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to buy a Jeep, this is the place. Only takeaway is when I took delivery of the vehicle. The PDI team needs to pay attention to detail, insuring the interior is dust off and adding tire shine to make the car shine when you walk down the steps delivery day.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Tom Cunniff was an amazing sales professional. Took his time, explained everything and stayed after closing. After two days if I had any questions on my purchase he still made time to answer in a timely manner! This is my second Jeep Wrangler from Westbury Jeep and I’m happy!

I was there Friday for a "Free" inspection on my Jeep and as usual I was greeted with a smile by the attendant who was kind, caring & professional. One of the clerks was so kind to these 2 cousins who were with their Grandmother. She gave them papers to color on and her high lighters. That set the tone for all of us in the waiting room. Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual crap that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure xxxxxxxx you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the crap that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.

Simply the best dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. They are definitely customer driven and every employee is very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle and also highly recommend them for car maintenance.
