Used 2023 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Nellis AFB, NV

My experience was nothing less that world class. I was only looking when I found my dream car. The team took the time to answer all of my questions on multiple visits and walked me through everything from start to finish. I even meet the service team who also took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I have never in the 28 plus years of buying cars had such a pleasant experience. The inventory is vast and so finding my dream car was tough to narrow down but I ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Exceptional Customer Service. They answered all my questions (even those dealing with apps such as Android Auto). They are a member of Costco auto program & Sams Club auto buying program so no haggling on price was necessary. They even beat the competition in town (Findlay Honda Las Vegas)! But best of all, William Han, their sales associate made the buying experience smooth!

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Amel Sinanovic the Service Advisor was great to work with, unfortunately my truck required repairs over the Christmas holiday while I was traveling to relatives in Las Vegas. He was very upfront and communicative on the diagnostic and eventual repair process. The truck was delivered the day before Christmas, he expedited the diagnostics to be completed the day after Christmas with the repair and delivery of the truck completed the following day. If I lived in Las Vegas I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to Towbin Dodge Ram, especially with quality people like Amel Sinanovic in the Service Department.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Just purchased a 2008 Dodge Viper for my birthday July 27 I’m going to retire July 28. The sales person was top chef Fred a remarkable sales person that went all out, purchased it over the phone. He took video of it with me with him standing there filming it also started it up in the showroom. Loved it. Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Mark helped me through the repairs on my car and working with the warranty company. I took a few days but he was persistent with them and was finally able to get their approval for the repairs.

We went into take a look around at some cars and was immediately greeted warmly by all the staff at Ford Country.
