I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!

I call john Silly on the phone and wanted to lean about 2 veicles I was concidering. He was extremely knowledgable and very good at at his profression. What I liked most is he offered NO "pressure" to make me buy now! He did not turn me over to the F&I guy A.K.A. "The Closer" at most dealers. John gave me a payment that exceeded my expectations, and I did choose to buy the tire and the whel warranty, because he really made it understandable with the benefits. Tonight was another great experience!!! Last December we leased a new truck and tonight my wife and I purchased a new Town & Country. Over the last 30 years we have purchased/leased many vehicles from quite a few dealerships and by far my experience at this dealership has been nothing less than outstanding and stands above the rest. We have and will continue to refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Dave Scott (best and most honest car salesman I have ever done business with).

My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.

Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me . Once the transaction was completed he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the many features found on this car. He helped pair my wife and my phones and truly made me a future customer.

Drove from pittsburgh to Michigan to buy a tahoe. It was everything we talking about over the phone and nathan was very helpful and made everything easy as could be. Well worth the drive!!

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months. I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question.
