My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.

Friendly staff. Excellent service , got me into the vehicle I wanted with no hassles , will definitely be going here for future purchases .. 10/10⭐️
