You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. After totaling the family vehicle we called Rae and told her what we were looking for as a replacement. Within a few day we were in the dealership signing for a new Escape. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will recommend Rae Smith and Wickstrom in the future.
