Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

Jason was great! He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated in a respectful, appreciated, and caring manner. Aly Contractor and Chris Rhodes took great care of be me and got me in the truck I wanted. DO NOT go to Al Hendrickson? they definitely don?t know how to treat people?
