I stopped by on my lunch break and did the initail application steps. The vehicle was clean and they were up front about a few small issues. When I returned after work, the finance office had all of the info ready and worked to lower my interest rate as far as possible.

Quick, professional and painless. Brad responded very quickly to my request for info, then had Mark pick up my wife and I, living an hour away from the dealership, in the car I was interested in.
