This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

My experience at Shaker’s was super overwhelming because I’m such an indecisive person . However I worked with Cassie & Keyshawn which both were very helpful . & Made my birthday awesome 🤩 . I absolutely love my truck! And know I made the right the decision Cassie was very persistent but professional did not let me change my mind about how much I enjoyed my test ride with the Jeep grand Cherokee. ( Glad she didn’t ) She also was very patient with me & tried many ways to meet my budget which was very helpful & appreciated. Keyshawn was also a great help & with finalizing my purchase . This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. The purchase of our 2022 Ram Rebel was a surprise gift for my wife and Mark and Bob went to great lengths to make it all happen.
