Met with Josh, who made the selection process very easy, and understood my issue with finishing off my old lease, and the issue with the other dealer. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly.
