Used RAM 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star for sale near Doylestown, OH

The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Staff is kind and helpful and they speed it up if you tell them you?re waiting for the car. They also explain the work they did very well.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

Service and quality of service is always top quality. I would recommend Vandavere Chevy the have an excellent sales department they are very helpful and are not pushy.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

They followed up nicely but they were not pests or pushy. Very respectful and considerate!

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

Wally Armour was the only dealership I've ever been to, where there was honesty and professionalism!!! They say what they mean and mean what they say!!! After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
