The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. My sales executive was new to this dealership, and he was eager to please and bent over backwards to make sure I saw the right vehicle and got the experience I needed to make the purchase. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. Don was (obviously) excellent at his job- and made sure I completely understood everything we were going over. Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Dodge of Burnsville always treats me well from Sales to Service to Parts. I am a repeat patron several times over because of how well I am taken care will. They know my shopping and service preferences which makes me happy and will always return. After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Jeff Belzer’s CDJR in New Prague, MN continues to have my loyalty. My ‘24 Compass was needing an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment done. Every part of this experience was handled with care and professionalism. The work was performed faster than I could have ever expected. Certainly won’t hesitate to come back for any service work I may require.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers
