First new RAM pickup I have ever bought. Most of my pickups have been GM, and a few Fords. All had more bells and whistles, but I've been much more satisfied with the RAM. Only complaint is the dial shifter. Have mistaken it for the A/C control on more than one occasion.

This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.

bought truck new in 2013 has been good to me so far dont know why other people have trouble with them have owned several rams over the years and had good luck didnt really do any work to truck till it hit 55000 miles and changed the 30000 mile interval sparkplugs thought the 30000 miles was to soon have been offroad and on road pull a trailer and hauled several times love these trucks grew up riding in fords they are more trouble then people let on to be

I recently purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from this dealership. The staff as a whole was great and put me at ease. No less than five member of the team made some sort of contact with me during my visit and made me feel extremely comfortable. Best friend award goes out to Bill Bullock. My test drive lasted 45 minutes because we were chatting like school girls. I wish we were neighbors so that we could hang out in our garages drinking beer and talking about our cats. Just purchased my seventh Ram 1500, Sport this time, four Laramie's, 3 Sport models. All I can say is that the RAM is the very best truck on the road and will remain that way because they have found the formula for success. Well Done Ram builders.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

First hubby and I drove to the Vista car lot at 11102 Pac Hwy SW as the ad here on cars.com said this was where the vehicle we were interested in looking at was parked. The sales rep there Kevin kindly informed us that this car was at the other store just up Pac Hwy but he showed us a few vehicles on that site in our mileage and price range before we left. Once at the location on South Tacoma Way Jeb was our salesman. We were never pressured and he was informative. In the end after driving the car we came to look at we decided a second car on the lot might be more what we wanted. About an hour later we were signing papers on our new 08 Hyundai. The only snafu at all was that I was not able to just pull up our insurance info on the app as I was told I could (lol!) The stress was on me, though, but Jeb was even helpful in handling that. He even printed out copies of our proof of insurance for us right there once we got that figured out! All in all it was a super shopping experience. I highly recommend Vista (and Jeb!)

So far, so good. I have only had my "new to me" Ram for a week. It is a great truck and has everything I needed. Except for a CD player which I purchased and put in. Looking forward to having this truck for a long time. And this is coming from a Ford guy

I purchased 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7 Hemi in February 2020 with 12,000 miles. I mostly use this truck highway miles 60 mi round trip daily to and from work. End of March of 2022 heard a noise and a jerk and the truck started to overheat on the way home from work. Now having 63,000 on it and came out the head gasket cracked where the bolt is which shocked my mechanic and local shop that resurfaced the cylinder head since they its unheard of a Hemi engine with a blown head gasket. First time for everything, I’m wondering if in the future there will be a recall on this engine, as there were cooling ones for other ones. Outside regular maintenance oil change, tires, brake pads the major work: head gasket, resurfaced cylinder head, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil change, Mopar coolant, also replaced exhaust manifold bolts which solved the hemi ticking. The backup camera sometimes gets messed up due to lose wire after using the bed. All I normally do is slam close the bed and it will resolve itself, no big deal. I’m a bit concerned with transmission after reading a little, but it appears most newer trucks have similar issues. I’m hoping this will let me last until over 200,000 mi . As of now at 70,000 mi.

I've owned close to 100 vehicles, and this will be my 5th truck. Honestly, the value this truck brings is off the charts. It does everything a truck needs to do when it comes to towing or hauling (we easily towed a 12,000 loaded horse trailer multiple times). Mine is a Laramie with Air Ride suspension. I don't understand this articles stating that the ride is not good when towing. This is by far the best riding Truck I've owned, and the Air Ride? I used it to pull up a 3' x 20' culvert full of mud an dirt straight up out of the ground enough to pull it forward. Saved so much time from having to dig it out. MPG...well...it's a truck, and I average 16-17MPG. 50K miles and not a single issue with it so far. Heated/cooled seats, Leather, Nav, Air Ride, great stereo, Lights everywhere and unbelievable amount of storage. I'll be keeping this one for a long time.

Great Truck. Bought new. 165K. Well maintained. Early issues with the front end (full replacement) covered under warranty. Otherwise best truck I've ever owned. Lifetime warranty can't be beat. Tows my 30' camper well with minor modifications. Looks and drives like new. In and Out.

A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.

jAMES and ZAC were very professional and helpful. I will give them a 5 star rating. . I got the Auto that I wanted and James was very helpful teaching all the new features o f the C300 Mercedes. I was treated with respect.

I love this truck....it has the best ride you can imagine...rides better than my Cadillac Escalade esv and the intereior is absolutey laid out for comfort

I'm on my third RAM in ten-years. The first two, a 2014 and 2016 did great; but then, about a year later I started having anomalies with sensors/check engine lights that would not reset. Simple stuff like windshield-fluid reservoir empty, or exhaust O2 sensor dirty. New vehicles should not do that. I did not give up on RAM. I've had a 2019 RAM 1500/LongHorn/Crewcab for two-years now. (Knock on wood), 2019 runs great, with no major problems. One of the best things that happened was when RAM 'broke away' from Dodge. I recommend the new generation of RAM from 2019+.

I have owned Dodge, Ram, Ford, and Chevy trucks. Chrysler always gets a bad reputation for no apparent reason. I have a 2017 Ram 1500 SLT with 200000 miles and not one issue!!! Try that with a Ford or Chevy!! Value, looks, comfort, reliability are what make this truck awesome. I tow 5000 lbs once a week as well. Buy a Ram and you’ll thank me after miles of hassle free ownership!! Facts not opinions!!

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Venue in June 2021. My sales guy, Darryl Griffin, was great! I love my SUV! The service dept for regular oil changes has been very helpful! I love my Venue!

I Love My RAM !!! I don't have this 2017, I have a 2014,,,, the ONLY Problem I've had is the Known issue of the Cam Shaft & Lifters !!! I myself Didn't know about it when I bought it,, seems like Everyone else did !!!! I guess the metal they used to make the Cam Shaft for 2013 to 2017 gets Very Soft and Wears out Quickly,,, at about 100,000 ! Other then that, I LOVE MY TRUCK !!!!! 👍
