My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Outdoorsman Trim, 4x4, 5.7 and 6 speed. I bought this truck used in 2020 with 76,000 miles. It looked new and had excellent fit and finish. Car Fax showed 1 owner and well maintained. I always want to drive it everywhere as it is comfortable and smooth. Many modern features in an older truck. Gets about 17 mpg at 65 mph. I tow a travel trailer occassionally. Fitted RAM with E rated tires, Bilsteins and Tuff Truk springs. Great match for my trailer. Engine failed at 132,000 miles due to poorly designed rollers seizing. Do i replace engine or buy new Truck? Love the truck too much. Still in incredibly nice condition so a new engine for $8700 dollars was the decision. Plan to keep the truck as long as possible.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors,fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

Meets all our needs. Safe, Reliable, Performance and Value for the money are top par. But less stars for styling, etc. but that was out of my choice for this truck to not have all the bells and whistles. NOT reflecting the condition or anything of that matter of the truck I purchased. It is clean as a whistle, with low miles, and purchased a 6 year newer truck with 60,000 less miles, and make the same payment I do on my previously owned 2013 with 92,000 miles.
