This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Osman and Ali were professionals throughout my entire experience! Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

I have been going to Parkway for years and feel comfortable sending my kids or friends. Just knowing that Joe Giacona is going to give me the best deal out there at that time.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Drives solid and tight... If I didn't know the mileage, I would thought it was practically brand new. The only thing I had to do was adjust the headlights, which was extremely easy. It feels very stable and has an incredibly quiet cab (nice sound proofing).

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

We traded in two of our vehicles for one of their used cars. I did most of the deal through emails and phone calls which were always promptly returned. They saved me some money and made it so easy to work with me when it came to the things that were important to me in a vehicle. A good, hard-working truck, one design aspect the knob shifter is annoyingly uncomfortable. After 60 years of driving a stick shift knob is just annoying.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

The car is literally perfect condition has the bedliner has an exhaust put on a tuner put in a new computer all the fluids changed all the recalls fixed by Dodge and have all the paperwork for oil changes every 3000 miles and use only the best oil and filter mobile one in Kn and filter. I did all the work as a mechanic

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.
