My wife and I recently decided it was time to trade in her 2015 Mustang for a my comfortable and bigger vehicle. I narrowed the search down to either a Grand Cherokee or a Durango. The hunt was on to find the right one. I like using Cars.com for all my car window shopping. I found the vehicle we were going to buy from another dealership and when I called they sadly informed me someone had already put a deposit down on it. We were both pretty upset with getting excited about it just for it to be gone that quick. We almost gave up the search but then I came across an identical model from Key Jeep in Marianna FL. It was one year newer and priced cheaper. I thought for sure it would be gone but we got lucky. I’m so happy we did. Our sales rep was Dylan Pforte and come to find out his family had recently sold the dealership to Key after more than 60yrs of ownership. Our experience was so personal and down home feeling. Even though the family doesn’t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don’t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Never planned on buying a vehicle the day I stopped at the dealership. Our salesperson was extremely helpful with our initial volly of questions pertaining to our original vehicle of interest. But the vehicle we eventually purchased sold itself.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.
