Had a great and outstanding experience with Troncalli CDJR!!! Was looking for a used, safe, and reliable used vehicle for my daughter. Went to a lot of vehicle dealerships to look for her used vehicle, however Troncalli CDJR, was the dealership that really stood out. From the super nice and helpful receptionist to their nice, understanding, and accommodating manager (Brett), to an amazing salesperson and Veteran (C.J. Seaberry), to finance officer (Anthony). They did not do any high pressure sales, they address our concerns and request, and we feel really comfortable with our purchase and price, condition, and quality of my daughter’s used vehicle with this dealership. 2021 RAM 1500 Limited review
My driving experience with 2021 classic Ram
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .
