I have bought two promasters from these guys in a bout six months time. As a business owner I don't have much free time was able to get in touch with Jeff Hale and put the ball in his court. It was the easiest purchase iv made I spent maybe 1 hour each buy at the dealership just to shake hands sign pick up and out the door ! No hassle got what I wanted for the price I wanted even a little cheeper. Will keep my business here!

When I purchased my truck the sales and finance department were amazing. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and the finance manager came running out to let me know they just got a better interest rate! I went back in and a few minutes later I was driving away with a better deal! After getting the truck home I received a call from the salesman asking if I was happy and how my experience was. I let him know I was happy but that the aftermarket bar light wasnt working and that I didnt particularly care but he sent me a new light anyway! I cant say enough about this dealership!

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day.
