At that point, I braced myself for disappointment but, to my elation,dissapointment never came! Nothing changed! The price agreed over the phone was the price I received . They even found an extra rebate for me, so the price was even better! Upon completion, the owner came out to thank me for my business! I've never been more impressed in my life. I am so glad I decided to keep faith and take the trip out to Riverhead! I highly recommend this dealership! I would like to thank Andy Keleher and Trioano Auto Group for providing excellent warranty service on my '09 Challenger RT while 1000 miles from home. I brought the car in at 8:00 AM Monday morning with the transmission in "limp-in" mode. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and diagnosed the problem as a failed speed sensor inside the transmission before 10:00 AM. They located the part in another town and sent a driver to pick it up. I had my car back by 3:00 PM. Troiano's fast service literally saved the rest of my vacation. I have put over 1000 miles on the car since with no problems. This is the way warranty service is supposed to work.

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal.
