Bought a used vehicle with them recently. Process of buying and looking at vehicle was very easy and non pressuring. Brad was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everyone was friendly at the dealership. Only reason it’s not a 5Star review is because we had to wait for the financing department for quite awhile and it wasn’t busy at the dealership. That being said our experience with every person we encountered was very pleasent.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

Went in to get our truck serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a newer truck. We ended up with even more options in our new vehicle and a better deal than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and from the time we drove into the parking lot until we left, it was about 3 hours. Financing was very quick and efficient! So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. Thank you Melton and thank you Baley and Greg. This veteran got his truck on veterans day thanks to your superior prices and honest evaluations and family feelings.
